Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days and we will notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location. Delivery times below are estimates only, starting from the date of shipment rather than the date of order.

Cyprus (Domestic)

  • Local Pickup — Free, 1–2 business days
  • Standard Shipping — Free, 3–5 business days

European Union

  • Standard Shipping — €15 , 5–8 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €120

Rest of World (United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Australia)

  • Standard Shipping — €25, 10–15 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over €180

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to Cyprus, all European Union member states, and select international destinations including the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, and Australia. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Vanguard Card House is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or us directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

SEALED PRODUCT PACKAGING

Sealed trading card products are packed with additional protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If a sealed product arrives with visible damage to the outer shipping packaging, please photograph the packaging before opening and contact us immediately.
